Loving Heart LLC's operates by "the golden rule". If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to understand your concern. Please email email@example.com. You will be contacted to arrange for return or replacement of your item.
We replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged in shipment and returned within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, inspected it and when the replacement item will be shipped.
To return an item and be eligible for a refund, your item must have been purchased with the previous 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are requesting a refund and are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs on a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Loving Heart, LLC is not responsible for items lost during return shipment to Loving Heart, LLC.
